Overview - SUBFRAME

  1. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to the appropriate service information .
  2. Rear Final Drive
  3. Additional Bearing
    • For the rear final drive
    • Removing and installing. Refer to the appropriate service information .
  4. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • 130 Nm + 180°
  5. Diagonal Brace
  6. Front Hydraulic Bonded Rubber Bushing
  7. Subframe
  8. Rear Bonded Rubber Bushing
  9. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to the appropriate service information .
  10. Rear Bonded Rubber Bushing
  11. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • 130 Nm + 180°
  12. Balance Weight
    • Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
  13. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • 50 Nm + 180°
  14. Nut
    • Tightening specification. Refer to the appropriate service information .

Subframe hydraulic front bonded rubber bushing installation position

Rear bonded rubber bushings installation position for the rear final drive.

Steering Adapter/Subframe Threaded Connection

Only on vehicles without rear axle steering.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of accident due to a loosened steering adapter/subframe threaded connection.

- Do not loosen the steering adapter/ subframe threaded connection.

-- Bring the steering adapter -1- into the installation position and install the bolts by hand all the way.

-- Align the steering adapter with the Locking Pin :T40393  to the subframe and tighten the bolts, refer to Bolt .
