Oil Pan Lower Section, Removing And Installing

Removing 

-- Remove the front wheels. Refer to WHEEL, CHANGING .

-- Remove the left and right front wheel spoilers, and loosen the front of the front wheel housing liners and push to the side. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Free up the wiring harnesses on the bracket -arrow-.

-- Free up the wiring duct -2- from the bracket and the subframe.

-- Remove the bolt -1- and the bracket.

-- Remove the left and right lower bolt -1- for the support bearing -2-.

-- Remove the left and right bolt -2- from the engine mount.

-- Support the engine in the installation position. Refer to ENGINE, SUPPORTING IN INSTALLATION POSITION .

-- Lift the engine the dimension -a- using the :10-222A/11  -1-.

• Dimension -a- = approximately 20 mm.
