Bracket With Spring Element, Removing And Installing

Removing

-- Remove the bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the wiring harness -4-.

-- Remove the bolts -2, 5 and 6-.

-- Tilt the bracket with the spring element -3- out of the mount -1- -arrow-.

-- Remove the bracket with the spring element.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Push the bracket with spring element completely downward and tighten the bolt.

-- Adjust the spring element. Refer to HEIGHT, ADJUSTING USING SPRING ELEMENT .
