Overview - Drive Plate

  1. Cylinder Block
  2. Transmission Side Sealing Flange
    • With gasket
    • Do not apply oil to the seal.
    • Replacing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
    • Before installing, remove oil residue from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth.
    • The guide sleeve may only be removed after the sealing flange has been slid onto the crankshaft journal.
  3. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Figure.
  4. Intermediate Plate
    • Be careful not to damage or bend when installing
    • Installing. Refer to Figure.
  5. Alignment Sleeve
  6. Bolt
    • 60 Nm +90°
    • Replace after removing
  7. Washer
  8. Drive Plate
  9. Shim
