Component Location Overview - Seals

Nut
- Secure using the Locking Compound:D 000 600 .
- Tightening specification. Refer to -item 6- OVERVIEW - ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, GENERATION V.
Driveshaft Flange
- Removing and installing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
Flange/Driveshaft Seal
Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
Right Seal
- Replacing. Refer to RIGHT SEAL, REPLACING .
- For the right flange shaft
Circlip
- Replace after removing the flange shaft. Refer to Fig 2.
Right Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT SEAL, REPLACING .
Rear Final Drive
Left Seal
- Replacing. Refer to LEFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- For the left flange shaft
Left Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT SEAL, REPLACING .

Replace the Flange Shaft Circlip

-- Clamp the flange shaft in a vise with protective jaws.

-- Use the new circlip -A- to press the previous circlip out of the flange shaft groove.
