Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing, With Radiator Installed 2.9L Engine: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

Replacing the seals after removal.
Check the O-ring of the crankcase ventilation for damage. Refer to OVERVIEW - CRANKCASE VENTILATION .
Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Install the oil filter element. Refer to ENGINE OIL FILTER, REPLACING .

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
