Flywheel, Removing And Installing: Installing

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

CAUTION:

Risk of frictional lock being too low.

The friction disk (diamond discs) -item- 3 and -item- 7 must be replaced every time the flywheel bolts are loosened.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of destroying the sensor wheel by magnetic force.

Do not place the sensor wheel near magnets (for example lamp base, speakers).
If the disc wheel or the sensor wheel itself was removed or replaced, the sensor wheel function must be checked before installing. Refer to SENSOR WHEEL, CHECKING .

TIP:

The assembly of the flywheel, friction disk (diamond discs), and sensor wheel is only possible in one position.

Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.

-- Place the :3067 into the hole on the cylinder block -A-.
