1. Left lower air duct pipe on the turbocharger
   • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Air Duct Hose
3. Right lower air duct pipe on the turbocharger
   • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
5. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
6. EVAP System Line
   • Installed depending on the version. Refer to the Parts Information.
7. O-Ring
   • For  OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM, ENGINE-SIDE, AUDI RS6 / RS7 List Item:EVAP System Line
   • Orange
   • Replace after removing
8. O-Ring
   • For  OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM, ENGINE-SIDE, AUDI RS6 / RS7 List Item:EVAP System Line
   • Orange
   • Replace after removing
9. O-Ring
   • Orange

10. Venturi Injector/Plug

12. Right Upper Air Duct Pipe
    • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

    • Replace after removing
15. Turbocharger
    • Cylinder Bank 1 (Right)
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER .
16. Turbocharger
    • Cylinder Bank 2 (Left):
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER .
17. Seal
    • Replace after removing
18. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
19. O-Ring
    • Black
    • Replace after removing
20. O-Ring
    • Orange
    • Replace after removing
21. Left Upper Air Duct Pipe
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Disconnect and connect the crankcase ventilation hose. Refer to Fig 2.
22. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
23. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
24. Charge Air Pressure Sensor
    • Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- cylinder bank 1 (right)
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
      • Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 -G447- Cylinder Bank 2 (left)
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 -G447-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
25. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
26. Throttle Valve Control Module
    • Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3- Cylinder Bank 1 (right)
    • Throttle Valve Control Module 2 -GX4- Cylinder Bank 2 (left)
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .
27. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing

    • 7 Nm
29. Lower Air Duct Pipe on Throttle Valve Control Module
    • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

    • 9 Nm

Crankcase Ventilation Hose on the Upper Air Duct Pipe, Rest of World Market Versions Excluding Engine Codes DWLA

The crankcase ventilation hose -2- cannot be removed from the air duct pipe -1- without damage.

• Replace the crankcase ventilation hose after removal.

-- Pry out the crankcase ventilation hose carefully using a screwdriver at the same time do not damage the air duct pipe.

-- Attach the new crankcase ventilation hose until it audibly locks on the air duct pipe.
