1. Exhaust Manifold
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - EXHAUST MANIFOLD .
2. Seal
   • Replace after removing
3. Screw-Type Clamp
   • 25 Nm
4. Turbocharger
   • Shown for cylinder bank 1 (right)
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
6. Heat Shield
7. Bolt
   • Replace after removing
   • 9 Nm
8. Recirculation Valve
   • Recirculation Valve, Bank 1 -N625-
   • Recirculation Valve, Bank 2 -N626-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Turbocharger ; Recirculation Valve, Removing and Installing
9. O-Ring
   • For  OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER List Item:Check Valve
   • Replace after removing
10. Check Valve
    • Installed depending on the version. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Installation position. Refer to Fig 3.
11. Seal/O-Ring
    • Included in a delivery package  OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER List Item:Hose, cannot be delivered separately
12. Hose
    • For the crankcase ventilation
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Replace if damaged or leaking
    • Replacing. Refer to CRANKCASE VENTILATION HOSE, REPLACING .
13. Bolt
    • All excluding engine codes DWKA/DWLA/DWNB/DWPA/DWRB: replace after removal
    • 8 Nm
14. Vacuum Diaphragm
    • For the turbocharger
    • Vacuum hose installation position. Refer to Fig 4.
    • Replacing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER VACUUM DIAPHRAGM, REPLACING .
15. Lock Nut
    • 8 Nm
16. Locking Spring
    • Replace after removing
17. Operating Lever
    • For the vacuum diaphragm
18. Nut
    • 9 Nm
19. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
20. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
21. Upper Coolant Line
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to UPPER COOLANT LINES ON TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
22. Retaining Plate
23. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
24. O-Rings
    • Replace after removing
25. Oil Supply Line
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL SUPPLY LINES ON TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
26. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
27. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
28. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
29. Lower Coolant Line
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to LOWER COOLANT LINES ON TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
30. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
31. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
32. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
33. Oil Return Line
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL RETURN LINES ON TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
34. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
35. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
36. Bolt
    • For  OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER List Item:EVAP System Line
    • 9 Nm
37. EVAP System Line
    • Installed depending on the version. Refer to the Parts Information.
38. O-Ring
    • For  OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER List Item:EVAP System Line
    • Replace after removing

Engine Cover Temperature SensorG765 - tightening specification

-- Tighten the bolt -1- to 9 Nm.

• The mark -1- on the vacuum hose must align with the markings -arrows- on the vacuum diaphragm.
