  1. Cylinder Block
  2. Alignment Sleeves
  3. Transmission Side Sealing Flange
    • With gasket
    • Replace after removing
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
    • Before installing, remove oil residue from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth
    • The guide sleeve may only be removed after the sealing flange has been slid onto the crankshaft journal.
  4. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
  5. Drive Plate
  6. Bolt
    • 60 Nm +90°
    • Replace after removing
  7. Needle Bearing
  8. Intermediate Plate
    • Be careful not to damage or bend when installing
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fig 3.

Transmission Side Sealing Flange - Tightening Specifications and Sequence

-- Tighten the bolts -1 to 8- in stages in the sequence shown.

Step Tightening Specification
1. Install all the way by hand
2. 9 Nm
