Fragrance System Hoses, Removing And Installing: Removing
Hose to Left Air Duct
-- Remove the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the hose -5- with the connecting pieces -4 and 6- to do so press the pull release -1- -arrow-.
-- Guide out the hose carefully and remove.
Hose to Air Freshening System Control Module -J1101- with Fragrance Diffuser System Blower -V686-
-- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover. Refer to DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the hose -3- with the connecting pieces -2 and 4- to do so press the pull release -1- -arrow-.
-- Guide out the hose carefully and remove.
Hose to Right Air Duct
-- Remove the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the right footwell vent (front passenger side). Refer to FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Equipped on some models: remove the windshield projection head up display control module. Refer to WINDSHIELD PROJECTION HEAD UP DISPLAY CONTROL MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the air duct - defrost intermediate piece. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR FRONT, Q8 .
-- Remove the hose -1- from the connector couplings -3- and -4-, to do so press the pull release -2- in the connector coupling -arrow-.
-- Guide out the hose carefully and remove.
