Check Valve In Refrigerant Line From Condenser, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal

Pay attention to the flow direction of the check valve -3- (sticker).

-- Replace the O-rings -2-. Refer to SEALS AND GASKETS .

-- If equipped, check the alignment pins -6- on the refrigerant lines for damage and correct seating.

-- Check the routing of the refrigerant lines after attaching. They must be inserted into the provided brackets and must not come in contact with other components.

-- Evacuate and fill the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit or Working with A/C Service Station .

-- Initiate the basic setting of the A/C system through the Thermal Management Control Module -J1024- and activate the power-controlled valves using one of the routines stored there. "Charge/flush the refrigerant circuit stop routine" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

-- Start the A/C system after charging the refrigerant circuit. Refer to A/C SYSTEM, STARTING AFTER CHARGING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT .
