1. Tail Pipe Trim
   • Left
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

4. Clamp
   • For the tail pipe
   • 48 Nm
5. Exhaust Door Control Unit -J883-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Door Control Unit -J883-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • Always replace after removing
   • 10 Nm
7. Retaining Loop
   • Replace if damaged
   • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
8. Retaining Loop
   • Replace if damaged
   • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
9. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
10. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
11. Retaining Loop
    • Replace if damaged
    • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
12. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
13. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
14. Left Front Muffler
    • With the coupling, the coupling must not be bent more than 10° - otherwise it may be damaged
    • Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
15. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Individual components of the mounting. Refer to Fig 2.
16. Nut
    • Quantity: 3
    • Always replace after removing
    • 23 Nm
17. Bolt
    • Quantity: 2
    • 20 Nm
18. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
19. Nut
    • Quantity: 3
    • Always replace after removing
    • 23 Nm
20. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Individual components of the mounting. Refer to Fig 2.
21. Right Front Muffler
    • With the coupling, the coupling must not be bent more than 10° - otherwise it may be damaged
    • Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
22. Bolt
    • Quantity: 2
    • 20 Nm
23. Front Clamping Sleeve
    • Installation position. Refer to CLAMPING SLEEVE INSTALLATION POSITION .
    • Pushed onto the front muffler stop
    • Before tightening, align the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
    • Tighten the threaded connections equally to 23 Nm.
24. Front Clamping Sleeve
    • Installation position. Refer to CLAMPING SLEEVE INSTALLATION POSITION .
    • Pushed onto the front muffler stop
    • Before tightening, align the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
    • Tighten the threaded connections equally to 23 Nm.
25. Bolt
    • Always replace after removing
    • 10 Nm
26. Exhaust Door Control Unit -J883-
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Door Control Unit -J883-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
27. Clamp
    • For the tail pipe
    • 48 Nm
28. Right Tail Pipe

    • Always replace after removing
    • 3 Nm

    • For the tail pipe
    • 48 Nm
36. Muffler
    • Unit with center muffler and rear mufflers.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
37. Retaining Loop
    • Replace if damaged
    • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
38. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
39. Bolt
