Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - FINAL DRIVE .
Rear Final Drive
Additional Bearing
- For the rear final drive
- Removing and installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - FINAL DRIVE .
Bolt
- Always replace after removing
- 130 Nm + 180°
Diagonal Brace
- Overview. Refer to Underbody Trim Panel ; Overview - Diagonal Braces.
Front Hydraulic Bonded Rubber Bushing
- For the subframe
- Removing and installing. Refer to SUBFRAME FRONT HYDRAULIC BONDED RUBBER BUSHING, REPLACING .
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 3.
Subframe
- Removing and installing. Refer to SUBFRAME, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Rear Bonded Rubber Bushing
- For the rear final drive
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR BONDED RUBBER BUSHING FOR REAR FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 4.
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - FINAL DRIVE .
Rear Bonded Rubber Bushing
- For the subframe
- Removing and installing. Refer to SUBFRAME REAR BONDED RUBBER BUSHING, REPLACING .
Bolt
- Always replace after removing
- 130 Nm + 180°
Balance Weight
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
Bolt
- Always replace after removing
- 50 Nm + 180°
Nut
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - FINAL DRIVE .

The beveled surface -arrow- must point upward.

The groves -arrows- are perpendicular to the direction of travel.

The grooves -arrows- on the bonded rubber bushings -1- are at a right angle.

Steering Adapter/Subframe Threaded Connection

Only on vehicles without rear axle steering.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of accident due to a loosened steering adapter/subframe threaded connection.

- Do not loosen the steering adapter/ subframe threaded connection.

Replace the bolts after removing them.

-- Bring the steering adapter -1- into the installation position and install the bolts by hand all the way.

-- Align the steering adapter with the Locking Pin:T40393 to the subframe and tighten the bolts OVERVIEW - REAR AXLE STEERING .
