Passenger Occupant Detection System, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

Make sure the connectors are pushed in all the way and that they engage audibly.
Select the "Airbag" function in "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester to complete.
Perform the Passenger Occupant Detection System Control Module -J706- basic setting
If the instrument cluster indicates a fault in the airbag system after assembly, then the DTC memory must be checked, erased, and then checked again. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
