  1. Sensor Wheel
    • Replace after removing
    • Installation position. Refer to Figure
    • Removing. Refer to Figure.
    • Installing. Refer to Figure.
  2. Circlip
    • Selecting thickness. Refer to Figure.
  3. Thrust Washer
    • For 4th gear assembly
  4. Inner Race/Needle Bearing
    • For 4th gear assembly
    • Removing. Refer to Figure.
    • Installing. Refer to Figure.
  5. Needle Bearing
    • For 4th gear assembly
  6. 4th Gear Assembly
  7. Synchronizer Ring for 4th Gear
    • Replace if there are grooves or scoring
    • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 6th gear
  8. Locking Collar for 4th and 6th Gears
    • Installation position: the labeled side of the locking collar faces the 4th gear assembly
  9. Synchronizer Hub for 4th and 6th Gears
    • Installation position: the labeled side of the synchronizer hub faces the 4th gear assembly
    • Removing. Refer to Figure.
    • Installing. Refer to Figure.
  10. Thrust Piece
    • Quantity: 3
  11. Synchronizer Ring for 6th Gear
    • Replace if there are grooves or scoring
    • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 4th gear
  12. 6th Gear Assembly
  13. Needle Bearing
    • For 6th gear assembly
  14. Inner Race/Needle Bearing
    • For 6th gear assembly
    • Removing. Refer to Figure.
    • Installing. Refer to Figure.
  15. Thrust Washer
    • For 6th gear assembly
  16. Input Shaft 2
  17. Circlip
    • For securing on the bearing bracket
    • Select and install the thickest circlip that will fit.
