Overview - Rear Window

The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

1. Rear Window
   • Before removing, disconnect all the connectors and secure the contacts toward the inside to the middle of the window glass using adhesive tape.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to REAR WINDOW, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Adhesive Bead
   • Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
   • Note the different distances to the window edge
     • Dimension -a- = 7.5 mm
     • Dimension -b- = 7 mm
     • Dimension -c- = 7 mm
     • Dimension -d- = 10.5 mm
   • Adhesive bead thickness. Refer to Adhesive Application: .
