Spoiler, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid upper trim panel. Refer to REAR LID UPPER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -1 and 2-.

-- Free up the cable grommets -3- by releasing the retainers in direction of -A arrows-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Close the rear lid.

-- Press the spoiler -2- off of the rear lid using the : T10383/1  -1- and remove it -arrows-.

-- If the spoiler is to be replaced, also remove the following components:

• High-mounted brake lamp. Refer to HIGH-MOUNTED BRAKE LAMP BULB, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
