Airbag Sport Steering Wheel Spiral Spring
WARNING:
- Wheels must be in straight ahead position when removing steering wheel and airbag spiral spring.
- After removal, the airbag spiral spring must not be rotated.
-- Remove airbag.
-- Disconnect single-pin airbag power supply connector. Refer to Airbag Power Supply Connector .
-- Loosen three bolts -1-.
- 5 Nm (44 in lb)
-- Remove airbag and disconnect wire at connector.
-- Loosen hex bolts -5-.
- 5 Nm (44 in lb)
-- Remove steering wheel, disconnect airbag spiral spring connector -7-.
-- Remove four bolts holding the airbag spiral spring -8-.
- 2.3 Nm (20 in lb)
-- Remove airbag spiral spring from the back.
