TV Tuner, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the service cover from the right luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to OVERVIEW - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL .

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -1-.

-- Insert the :VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Insert two clamps from the :T10057  in to the release slots -arrows- on the TV Tuner -R78- -3-.

• The points at the grip eyelets of the :T10057  face outward.
• The clamps from the :T10057  must engage.

-- Remove the TV Tuner -R78- -3- at the grip eyelets of the :T10057  from the bracket -2-.

-- Remove the :T10057  . To do this, press the release tabs on the TV Tuner -R78-.

-- If equipped, remove the Parking Heater Radio Receiver -R64-. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Remove the bolt -4-.

-- Slide the bracket -2- upward out of the guides on the body and remove.
