Overview - Rear Side Window

The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

- Is cut through when removing the window
- Rear Side Window
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR SIDE WINDOW, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- When installing, first press onto the C-pillar with the retainers -item 1- and then secure with pop rivets.
- Adhesive
- Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
- Note the different distances to the window edge
- Dimension -a- = 15 mm
- Dimension -b- = 15 mm
- Pay attention to the position of the adhesive bead on the retainer. Refer to Fig 1.
- Adhesive bead thickness. Refer to Adhesive Application: .

- To remove the side window, drill out rivet heads and drive out rivet shafts.
