Brake Pads
- Refer to BRAKE PADS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LK/1LH TTS
  NOTE:
  Coat the brake pad plates with grease.
  
  Coat the guide pin with lithium grease.
Brake Pad Wear Sensor Cable
Bolt
- 5 Nm
- For the brake rotor
  NOTE:
  Clean bolts before reusing.
  
  Replace damaged bolts.
  
  Always replace self-locking bolts.
Brake Rotor
- Refer to BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LK/1LH TTS
  CAUTION:
  Do not use excessive force to separate the brake rotor from the wheel hub. Use rust remover, if necessary, otherwise the brake rotor could be damaged.
  
  -- Check the wear specification of the brake rotors. Refer to BRAKES TECHNICAL DATA, FRONT BRAKES .
Retaining Plate
- Quantity: 4 installed in the brake caliper
- Make sure it is in the correct installation position. Refer to BRAKE PAD RETAINING PLATE .
Bleeder Screws
- 10 Nm
- Bleed both screws
- Quantity: 2 installed in the brake caliper
Brake Caliper
- Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LK/1LH TTS
- Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REPLACING, 1LK/1LH TTS
- Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, 1LK/1LH TTS
Spring
- For brake pads
- Quantity: 1 installed
  NOTE:
  Make sure the spring is seated correctly. Refer to BRAKE PAD RETAINING PLATE .
Vibration Damper
- Bolt for the vibration damper on the brake caliper 10 Nm
- Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LK/1LH TTS
  NOTE:
  Clean bolts before reusing.
  
  Replace damaged bolts.
  
  Always replace self-locking bolts.
Brake Line
- 45 Nm
- With banjo bolt
- Permanent with gaskets
- Clean any corrosion from the sealing surface on the brake caliper
  WARNING:
  - Do not damage the brake hose and brake line.
  - Do not bend the brake line past the specified form.
  - A damaged brake hose or a damaged or bent brake line must be replaced.
Bolts
- 200 Nm
- For the brake caliper on the stub axle carrier
  NOTE:
  Clean bolts before reusing.
  
  Replace damaged bolts.
  
  Always replace self-locking bolts.
