Belt Pulley, Removing And Installing, DENSO A/C Compressor: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY, DENSO A/C COMPRESSOR .
NOTE:
Replace the circlip.
-- Clean the A/C compressor input shaft before installing the belt pulley.
-- Place the belt pulley onto the A/C compressor input shaft.
- Installation must be possible without much force.
-- Insert the circlip on the proper side.
- Flat side faces the A/C compressor
-- Clean the threads of the A/C compressor input shaft before installing the drive plate.
NOTE:
The threads of the new drive plate has already been greased with a specific amount of a grease by the manufacturer.
