Overview - Engine Oil Cooler

- Seal
- Replace after removing.
- Lightly lubricate
- Installation position: service tab faces upward
- Oil Filter Element
- Removing and installing. Refer to ENGINE OIL
- Oil Filter Bracket
- With the change-over valve for the engine oil cooler and oil check valve
- Removing and installing. Refer to OIL FILTER BRACKET WITH OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Oil Pressure Sensor -G10-
- 21 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Oil Pressure Sensor -G10-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Checking. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
- O-ring
- Replace after removing.
- Seal
- Replace after removing.
- Bolt
- 20 Nm +45°
- Replace after removing.
- Engine Oil Cooler
- Note. Refer to OVERVIEW - OIL PAN/OIL PUMP => If large quantities of metal shavings or abraded material are found in the engine oil while servicing the engine, the oil passages must be carefully cleaned to prevent subsequent damage. Replace the additional oil spray jet, engine oil cooler and oil filter. .
- Coolant Hose Connection Diagram. Refer to CONNECTION DIAGRAM - COOLANT HOSES .
- Removing and installing. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
