Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal While Noting The Following:

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to REPAIR INFORMATION - R1234yf / REPAIR INFORMATION - HVAC .

-- If removed, tighten the ATF line. Refer to ATF PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the lock carrier cover. Refer to LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the charge air cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the impact member. Refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose with the connector on the coolant pipe. Refer to Figure.

NOTE:

Used Coolant Cannot Be Used Again.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- On vehicles with ATF circuit, check the ATF level. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING .
