Overview - Cylinder Block, Belt Pulley Side: Notes

- Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
- Do not kink
- Ribbed belt routing. Refer to INSTALLING
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the pulleys
- Bolt
- 10 Nm + 90° turn
- Always replace after removing
- Use original bolts only. Refer to the Parts Catalog
- Vibration Damper
- With ribbed belt pulley
- Installed position: The hole inside the vibration damper must be positioned over the protrusion on the crankshaft toothed belt gear.
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Ribbed Belt Tensioning Damper
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 20 Nm + 90° turn
- Always replace after removing

- Tightening specification -item 2- OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification -item 14- OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- Damper Roller
- Alignment Sleeve
- Make sure the auxiliary component bracket fits correctly.
- Auxiliary Components Bracket
- Removing and installing. Refer to AUXILIARY COMPONENTS BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- High Pressure Pump
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- Generator
- Overview. Refer to GENERATOR .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to GENERATOR .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY BRACKET - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE
- Always replace after removing
- There are different lengths. Refer to ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY BRACKET - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE .
- Alignment Sleeve
- Make sure if fits correctly inside the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor.
- A/C Compressor
- Tightening specifications. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
- Bolt
- Tightening specifications. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
