Overview - Cylinder Head Cover

- Replace if damaged or leaking

- Removing and installing, refer to CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Replace if damaged or leaking

- Replacing, refer to FUEL INJECTOR SEALS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Replace if damaged or leaking

- For the crankcase ventilation

- Removing and installing, refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Sealing Bushing
- For the fuel rail

- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
- Do not change the angles of the high pressure lines
- Install the high pressure lines, refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification -item 17- OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTORS => List Item:Bolt .
Bolt
- Tightening specification -item 3- OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTORS => List Item:Bolt .
Fuel Return Hose
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
O-Ring
- Replace
Injector
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
- Removing and installing, refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- 9 Nm

- Not installed on all versions

NOTE: Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

-- Tighten the bolts in three steps and in the sequence shown:

Step	Bolts	Tightening Specification/Additional Turn
1.	-1 to 7-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 7-	8 Nm
3.	-1 to 7-	Tighten an additional 90°
