Rear Brake Rotor, Replacing : Removing

-- Raise the vehicle.

-- Remove the wheels.

-- Unclip the wire from the brackets on the stub axle carrier.

-- Remove the brake pads. Refer to Removing .

-- Hang the brake caliper on the body using a suitable wire.

CAUTION: Do not let the brake caliper hang on the brake hose. Do not support the weight with the brake hose.
WARNING: Do not actuate the brakes or the electromechanical parking brake when the brake caliper is removed.

-- Loosen the brake carrier at the bolts -12-.

-- Install the brake carrier -11-.

-- Hold the brake rotor firmly and remove the locking pin -7- on the brake rotor.

-- Remove the brake rotor.
