For assembly work, secure the engine on the Engine And Transmission Holder VAS 6095, refer to ENGINE, SECURING ON ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION HOLDER .
- Bolt
- 60 Nm +90°
- Replacing
- Drive Plate
- with the bearing flange
- Check the running surfaces on the bearing flange and the dual mass flywheel holes for cracks and signs of wear.
- Removing and installing, refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Sensor Wheel
- For Engine Speed Sensor -G28-
- Removing and installing, refer to SENSOR WHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Checking, refer to SENSOR WHEEL, CHECKING .
- Shaft Seal
- For the crankshaft on the transmission side
- Replacing, refer to CRANKSHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
