Engine, Securing On Engine And Transmission Holder

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required 

Procedure

-- Free up the wiring harness.

-- Remove the nut -3- and free up the hose clamp.

-- Loosen the clamps -arrows- to remove the coolant hose from the upper left coolant pipe -2-.

-- Unclip the upper left coolant pipe from the mount -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the left engine support.

-- Free up the wiring harness.

-- Remove the nut -2- and free up the ground wire.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the right engine support -1-.

-- Secure the starter on the engine.

-- Attach the engine using the Engine/Transmission Holder - V8 Engine Bracket VAS 6095/1-13 to the Engine And Transmission Holder VAS 6095 and tighten to 55 Nm, as shown in the illustration.
