Nut
- Replacing
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste .
- Tightening specification and sequence: left, refer to Fig 2, right, refer to Fig 3
Bracket for Heat Shield
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for left side, refer to RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for right side.
Seal
- Replacing
Heat Shield
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Heated Oxygen Sensor
- Before catalytic converter
- Removing and installing, refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR 2 -G108- /OXYGEN SENSOR 2 AFTER CATALYTIC CONVERTER -G131-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Catalytic Converter
- Overview, refer to OVERVIEW - MUFFLER .
Nut
- 23 Nm
- Replacing
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste .
Seal
- Replacing

NOTE:

Replace the nuts.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste .

-- Tighten the nuts in 3 steps according to the tightening sequence:

Step	Nuts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 9-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 9-	15 Nm
3.	-1 to 9-	25 Nm

NOTE:

Replace the nuts.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste .

-- Tighten the nuts in 3 steps according to the tightening sequence:

Step	Nuts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 9-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 9-	15 Nm
3.	-1 to 9-	25 Nm
