Coolant Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

NOTE: Replace the seal and O-rings.

-- Install the O-ring -1-.

-- Insert the coolant pump input shaft -2- into the oil pump mount as far as the stop.

-- Push the coolant pump -1- into the brackets on the upper part of the oil pan.

NOTE: To connect the drive flange onto hex head of drive axle, turn at the impeller -2- until the coolant pump can be inserted completely.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, while noting the following:

-- Install the engine oil cooler, refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT .

-- Install the front lower coolant pipe, refer to Installing .

-- Install the radiator, with the fan shroud, refer to Installing .

-- Install the Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat -F265-, refer to Installing .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.
