Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
CAUTION:
There is a risk of contamination.
- Follow the guidelines for cleanliness when working on the fuel supply system. Refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
NOTE:
Replace the seal.
Clean the sealing surfaces thoroughly.
CAUTION:
There is a risk of malfunctions.
- The sealing ring must not be twisted on itself.
- Do not bend the heating mats when installing them.
-- Bring the heating reservoir into the installation position:
- The latch -2- on the locking flange must lie between tabs -1 and 3-.
- The installation direction of the latch -2- is shown in the illustration above.
-- Lock the locking ring -1- clockwise using the : T40268 .
- The locking rink is correctly locked, when the retaining tabs on the locking ring and mounts are aligned -arrows, A, and B-.
-- Install the reducing agent tank. Refer to REDUCING AGENT TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Adapting adaptation value after draining reducing agent or replacing components. Refer to SCR-SYSTEM ADAPTATION VALUE, ADAPTING .
