Heater, Disassembling And Assembling

Disassembling and assembling the heater is identical to the heater and A/C unit in a manually regulated A/C system. Refer to HEATER AND A/C UNIT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .

NOTE:

The heater design is largely the same as the heater and A/C unit design. The expansion valve, condensation water drain, evaporator, etc. are not present. A honeycomb is installed in the heater instead of the evaporator. The seal for the plenum chamber rear wall does not have an opening for the expansion valve or it is sealed with a foam body.
