Version 1 Installing

-- Install the new spark plugs using spark plug wrench:VAS 3122B  and tighten them to the tightening specification.

-- Lubricate the ignition coils. Refer to IGNITION COIL, LUBRICATING .

-- Align all the ignition coils one after the other and insert them loosely into the spark plug shaft.

-- Press the ignition coils evenly onto the spark plugs by hand. Do not hit them.

-- Push the connector -arrows- toward the ignition coil at the same time until it locks.

-- TIGHTEN THE SCREW -1- ON THE CONNECTOR STRIP TO THE TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION.

-- Install engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING .
