Radiator Main Fan and Fan Motor: Removal

  1. Remove the collector cover.
  2. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

  3. Lift up the vehicle.
  4. Remove the under cover. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Front Under Cover. >
  5. Disconnect the connector from the main fan motor.

  6. Remove the heat shield cover from radiator.

  7. Remove the ATF hose from the hose clip of the radiator main fan motor assembly.

  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Remove the air intake duct (Rear). < Ref. to REMOVAL , Air Intake Duct. >
  10. Remove the reservoir tank. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Reservoir Tank. >
  11. Remove the bolts which secure the radiator main fan motor assembly and the over flow pipe.

  12. Remove the radiator main fan motor assembly from the upper side of the vehicle.
