Front Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace sealing rings.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory .

-- Clean and smooth the gasket sealing surfaces.

-- Coat the gaskets with coolant and slide them onto the coolant pipe.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.

-- Install the left coolant pipes, refer to LEFT COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the A/C compressor, refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the front wheel housing liner, refer to WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Install the front wheel, wheel bolt tightening specification: 140 Nm. .

-- Install the coolant pump ribbed belt pulley, refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP/THERMOSTAT .

-- Install the ribbed belt, refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
