Accelerator Pedal Position Sensors -G79- / -G185-, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
- Tightening specification: Refer to OVERVIEW - ACCELERATOR PEDAL MECHANISM .
-- Engage the accelerator pedal module -4- on the bottom of the pedal bracket -1-, insert the centering pin -2- and tighten the bolt -3-.
-- Install the lower instrument panel cover on the driver side, refer to OVERVIEW - DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER .
-- Depending on the engine/transmission version, adaption in the "Guided Functions " operating mode is necessary after replacing it. Perform the adaption, if a menu item is available in the "Guided Function", refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
