Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins, refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Install the air guide, refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .

-- Tighten the ATF lines, refer to OVERVIEW - ATF CIRCUIT for CPUB with 0BK .

-- Install the charge air cooler, refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the headlamp housing mount, refer to OVERVIEW - HEADLAMP .

-- Condenser, refer to CONDENSER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the impact member, refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.

-- Fill with coolant, refer to Filling .

NOTE:

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.

-- Check the ATF level, refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING for 0BK .
