Auxiliary Components Bracket, Removing And Installing, Non-Hybrid Vehicles With The Engine Code CDZA: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace any bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

Replace the O-rings and seals.

-- Coat the O-rings -4- with coolant additive. For the correct coolant, refer to Parts.

-- Install the connection -2- into the coolant pump housing -3-.

-- Press the accessory assembly bracket -1- onto the connection, mount the bolts and tighten to tightening specification, refer to Figure.

-- Install the A/C compressor .

-- Install the generator, refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the left coolant pipe, refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the ribbed belt, refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, HYBRID VEHICLES WITH ENGINE CODE CHJA .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill the coolant COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING, NON-HYBRID VEHICLES => Filling .

-- Install the oil and check the oil level .
