Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- In vehicles with a multitronic transmission, tighten the ATF lines. Refer to OVERVIEW - ATF CIRCUIT .

-- Install the charge air cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the impact member. Refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose with the connector on the coolant pipe. Refer to Figure.

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- In vehicles with a multitronic transmission, check the ATF level. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING .
