Cooler, Removing And Installing : Installing
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
-- Install the air duct on the air filter housing intermediate flange. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .
-- Vehicles with the multitronic transmission 0AW or automatic transmission 0B6: remove the ATF lines. Refer to OVERVIEW - ATF CIRCUIT for 0AW, and OVERVIEW - ATF CIRCUIT for 0B6 .
-- Install the impact absorber. Refer to IMPACT ABSORBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling. Refer to Figure.
-- Fill the coolant. Refer to FILLING .
All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.
-- Vehicles with the multitronic transmission 0AW or automatic transmission 0B6: check the ATF level. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING (As of 11.2014) for 0AW. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING for 0B6 .
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .
