Upper Coolant Pipes, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

-- Clean and smooth the o-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the o-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the high pressure line. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the intake manifold upper section. Refer to Fuel Pressure Sensor -G247-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to FILLING .
