Front Coolant Pipes, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seal and o-ring.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Clean and smooth the gasket sealing surfaces.

-- Coat the gaskets with coolant and slide them onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the left coolant pipes. Refer to LEFT COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the ribbed belt pulley for the power steering pump. Refer to OVERVIEW - RIBBED BELT DRIVE and POWER STEERING HYDRAULICS .

-- Install the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-. Refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the front wheel housing liner. Refer to WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Install the front wheel. Refer to WHEEL BOLT TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS .

-- Install the coolant pump ribbed belt pulley. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP/THERMOSTAT .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-. Refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to FILLING .
