Starter, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With 2.0L TDI Engine (Pr-Th3 Or TM4): Installing

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - STARTER .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

CAUTION:

There is a risk of damaging the starter.

To tighten the bolt -2-, insert the spacer sleeve -arrow- between the starter and transmission.

-- Install the engine support and the right engine mount. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the particulate filter. .

-- Connect the battery. Required actions. Refer to CONNECTING .
