Left Bracket Removing And Installing

Removing

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the side impact bar. Refer to IMPACT ABSORBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES THROUGH MY 2012 .

-- Remove the headlamp washer system spray nozzle. Refer to SPRAY NOZZLES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Mark the installation position of the bracket to the lock carrier for installation later.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the locating bolt -1-.

-- Tip the impact bar bracket -2- on the lock carrier out and remove it.

Installing

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - IMPACT ABSORBER, VEHICLES THROUGH MY 2012 .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Tighten the impact bar bracket according to the marking made during removal.

-- Install the headlamp washer system spray nozzle. Refer to SPRAY NOZZLES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the impact member. Refer to IMPACT ABSORBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES THROUGH MY 2012 .

-- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
