Removing and installing backrest heating element (bonded)

Remove seat → Seat, assembly overview .
Remove backrest → Front seat backrest, assembly overview .
Remove cover and padding from seat pan → Backrest cover and padding (sports seat, standard seat), removing and installing .

Cut cable - 3 - off old heating element - 1 -.
Align heating elements - 1 - on the backrest cushion, remove the protective film and bond the heating elements firmly onto the padded surfaces.
Push the electric cable - 3 - into the gap - 4 -.
The connecting cables must be laid without crossing in the bottom of the gaps at positions - 2 -.
