Lubricate all bearings and moving surfaces with polycarbamide grease G052142A2 .

With cover
Removing and installing → Gear shift knob with boot, removing and installing

13 - Nut, 10 Nm

14 - Gear lever bearing

15 - Torx socket head bolt

16 - Gear lever

Bend points towards rear

17 - Bolt

18 - Nut, 10 Nm

19 - Selector housing

20 - Joint for gear lever/selector rod

21 - Nut, 10 Nm

Self-locking
Replace

With bearing bush, bolt and washers

12 - Hexagon socket head bolt, 23 Nm

14 - Gear lever bearing

15 - Clamping ring for bellows

Pull carefully over selector rods when removing
Align with markings on selector rod and push rod when installing

17 - Hexagon socket head bolt, 23 Nm

18 - Clamp

19 - Selector rod

20 - Joint for gear lever/selector rod

21 - Nut, 10 Nm

22 - Ball stud
