Adjustment overview

NOTE:
If repairs have been carried out on the transmission adjust drive pinion, ring gear or final drive set if components have been replaced which directly effect the adjustments of the final drive. Refer to following table to avoid unnecessary adjustments:

1) Shims; installation position.
2) Drive pinion and ring gear; only replace together
3) If the transmission housing is replaced the input shaft also needs to be adjusted. Refer to Input shaft, adjusting , adjusting input shaft.
