Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION System Auxiliary Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals and O-rings.

-- Install the left rear coolant pipe to the exhaust gas recirculation auxiliary cooler. Refer to LEFT REAR COOLANT PIPE ON EGR AUXILIARY COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the rear coolant pipes. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
